We read every message. Write to support@orrey.app and tell us what happened, which device you use and, if you can, a screenshot. If the question is about your account, write from the email address you signed in with.

Subscriptions and billing

Orrey Plus is an auto-renewable subscription bought through your Apple ID, so Apple handles the payment.

• Cancel or change plan: open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Orrey. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Plus stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds: requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves.
• Restore a purchase: open the Orrey Plus screen in the app and tap Restore in the top corner. Use the same Apple ID you bought it with.
• Free trial: if your plan started with a trial, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.

Your account and data

• Delete your account: in the app, open Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. This permanently erases your account, chart, readings and history from our servers. It cannot be undone.
• Start over on this device: Settings → Danger zone → Start over clears the data stored on your phone.
• Clear chat history: Settings → Data.
• A copy of your data, or a correction: email support@orrey.app. We respond within 30 days.

Readings and your chart

• The chart looks wrong. Everything is calculated from your date, time and place of birth. A wrong birth time changes your rising sign and houses, and a wrong date changes your Destiny Matrix. Birth details can't be edited in place: to change them, use Settings → Danger zone → Start over and enter them again.
• I don't know my birth time. You can leave it out. Your rising sign and house placements won't be available, and everything else still works.
• AI-written features have paused. Each plan has a monthly allowance for AI-written guidance. When it runs out those features pause until the period resets; your chart, matrix, scores and saved readings keep working.
• The night sky on the home screen is missing. It needs location access while you use the app. You can turn it on in iOS Settings → Orrey → Location. It is never used for your birth chart.

Notifications and permissions

Turn notifications on or off in the app under Settings → Notifications. Location, microphone and photo access can be changed at any time in iOS Settings → Orrey, and the app keeps working without them.
